The scholars within the Computing, Culture, and Society group at IU engage in sociotechnical research that encompass many different arenas ranging from the history of computing, Internet and technology law, socio-medical studies, technological and political innovation, digital ethnography, online linguistics, gender and technology, gaming, human robot interaction, communication and scientometrics, and more.
